Master Bedroom Furniture

I’m excited to finally share my new master bedroom furniture from Home Source Furniture! This purchase was a LONG time coming. Our old set was pushing ten years old, and at the time we purchased quality that we could afford. So it was by no means high end furniture. After three moves it was looking pretty beat up, so we were ready for a new set. This time we wanted to purchase something we knew could last a lifetime, so we of course headed to our favorite Houston retailer, Home Source Furniture!

We started with the bed frame, and almost immediately gravitated towards the Haddam bed in aged gray. Our last bed was stained a dark brown, and we knew we wanted something lighter this time around. The texture on this bed is gorgeous and absolutely makes the piece. While the overall silhouette is pretty simple, it’s the little details like the carvings that I love most.

From there we looked at nightstands. While they did have a set that matched the bed, I didn’t want to go that route. While they would look beautiful together, I fell in love with the clean, modern lines and black accents of the Logan nightstand. As long as the finishes are the same or similar, I don’t feel like furniture pieces have to match exactly. The last furniture item we purchased was a media console. It’s not pictured here as we’re in the process of having some trim work done on the wall behind it, but I’ll link it for you. The finish is not an exact match to the bed and nightstands, but it is still gray and has coordinating black hardware so it helps tie in the nightstands.

Now for the accessories! I’ve done my best to link everything I can that I have in the space, but some items are no longer available or are from retailers like Hobby Lobby/Homegoods that I can’t link for you. If you have a specific question about an item that you don’t see a link for, feel free to reach out and I can let you know where it’s from! The mirrors over my nightstands were from Target but are currently sold out, but I will link similar options. The same goes for the chest at the end of the bed. Similar options are linked at the end.

That’s a wrap! Again, if you see anything you’d like more information on, feel free to leave a comment or shoot me an email or DM on Instagram. I can’t wait to share the media console wall that we’re working on. It’s pretty large and right now there’s just too much blank drywall, so we’re going to trim out a grid feature wall with a little extra twist. Stay tuned!
